Demo

A demo is a live or recorded demonstration of your prototype or system. Instead of only talking, you show how it works. For example, you might demonstrate how a visitor can wave their hand to control an interactive light installation.

Why important? Seeing and experiencing is often more convincing than explanation. A demo builds trust that your technology actually works.

Starting Points

  • Prepare a simple, reliable scenario to show.
  • Test the demo environment (hardware, software, internet) in advance.

Key Points

  • Keep the demo short and focused.
  • Explain what the audience sees as it happens.
  • Have a backup plan (video or screenshots) in case of failure.
