  • You steer your own learning process by making conscious choices about what, how and with whom you learn, including the responsible use of AI
  • You show initiative and proactively share knowledge and insights with others, without being explicitly asked to do so.

  • You take charge of your own learning process by independently making conscious choices about what, how and with whom you learn, including the critical and responsible use of AIYou take initiative in complex situations, inspire others by sharing knowledge and contribute to their development.
