  • You plan and organise your work effectively, monitor progress and quality, and document systematically according to standards
  • You collaborate constructively, identify bottlenecks in collaboration and process in good time, and proactively adjust course
  • You reflect on team dynamics, actively share knowledge and experience, and support others in their development
