Personal Leadership

Personal Leadership

As a full-stack developer, personal leadership is what turns raw technical skill into a sustainable career: knowing which role you're growing into, reflecting honestly on how you work and learn, using AI and other tools responsibly, holding yourself to a professional code of ethics, and engaging respectfully with the users and stakeholders you build for. It's assessed through reflection, portfolio, and observed behaviour, not a knowledge test.
