Learning Goal

At the start of the Sprint you come up with a Learning Goal for your Learning Group. This Learning Goal is a product you will deliver that should benefit to the city of the Learning Group.

Learning Goal in Portflow

Each Learning Goal is part of your Personal Leadership Learning Outcome. All of these need to be placed in Portflow in the collection Learning Journal.

Use the following format for the title of your Learning Goal, the evidence, in Portflow:

For example; Sprint 1 - Learning Goal - Smart Traffic Light System

Template

You start the Learning Goal in Portflow using the Free-Text type-evidence with the following template (copy-paste):

Learning Goal:

In Sprint X I am going to [describe the Learning Goal]

Products:

  • Analysis & Advisory: [describe the title of the product and title of the deliverable]
  • Design: [describe the title of the product and title of the deliverable]
  • Realization: [describe the title of the product and title of the deliverable]

While you work on products, you will add evidence in Portflow, and link to this from your Learning Goal (copy-paste):


Results:

At the end of the Sprint you going to finalize the Learning Goal with the following template (copy-paste):

Reflection:

[Analyze the meaning of the results. Connect back to your Learning Question and to theory/practice.]

Transfer:

[Describe how you will apply the insights from this Learning Goal in your Group Project / future Learning Goals.]
